Pertamina International Marketing & Distribution Pte. Ltd. (PIMD) is a wholly owned subsidiary of PT Pertamina (Persero), Indonesia's state-owned energy company. Established in August 2019 and headquartered in Singapore, PIMD focuses on cargo and bunker trading within the Asia Pacific region, aiming to spearhead Pertamina's downstream business expansion both regionally and internationally.

We are seeking an experienced and driven Internal Audit Manager to lead and execute internal audits, provide independent assurance, and support continuous improvement across our business functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal audit, risk management, and compliance, especially within large, complex organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execution of annual audit plan.
• Drive the execution of the annual audit plan by conducting assurance and consulting engagements tailored to organizational priorities and management's evolving needs.
• Provide data-driven, strategic recommendations to enhance risk mitigation and business performance.
• Oversee and guide internal audit teams, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with internal standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in audit methodologies, tools, and auditor development.
• Drive implementation of audit recommendations and monitor remediation efforts.

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Economics.
• Possessed a comprehensive understanding of internal audit principles, methodologies, and relevant standards.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in internal audit, with proven leadership in large-scale audits, audit planning and stakeholder management.
• Strong auditing background in Ship Bunkering.
• Audit planning and execution.
