This role is responsible for supporting the (outsourced) Internal Audit department, as well as conducting and participating in audits. Flexibility is important for working across cultures and time zones.
Key Tasks And Responsibilities
- Be the point-of-contact for the outsourced internal auditor and internal departments under audit
- Coordinate with the outsourced internal auditor to schedule audits, interviews, trips; collect data; and meet audit objectives
- Assist with audit preparation and conducting audits
- Monitor audit plan, schedule, actions, and remedial actions
- Maintain and administer the internal audit action tracking system
- Respond to internal/external audit-related queries
- Analyse data, monitor metrics, and prepare reports
- Perform internal audit activities
- Schedule and minute department meetings
- Identify process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in accounting or another related field
- 2+ years internal audit experience in multinational company
