  • Plan create & update technical documentation for connectivity services
  • Write and updates technical scripts for connectivity services using python & PowerShell
  • Assist the team in performing analysis of KPI data (key performance Index)
  • Learn & provide assistance in the Product management and related projects
  • Effectively collaborate with regional teams and follow-up operational tasks
  • Assist in initiating customer surveys for service improvement
  • Assist to manage Bosch connect community
  • Other administrative tasks on need basis


Qualifications

  • Good academic standing
  • Technical knowledge on basic networking and security topics
  • Proficient Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at a time
  • Ability to work in a team environment
