Responsibilities
Job Description
- Assist in the preparation of and contribute to the leasing plan for Junction 8, including researching potential new brands and concepts for the mall
- Conduct market and competitor analysis, including data gathering on on competitor malls
- Support the updating and maintenance of leasing floor plans
- Assist with tenant coordination and administrative matters, such as liaising with tenants on Public Liability Insurance and Audited Sales Reports
- Coordinate and support meetings or calls with tenants, including taking meeting minutes where required
- Assist with financial analysis of tenants sales data
- Support other daytoday administrative or adhoc duties related to tenant management
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Real Estate Business or any other related disciplines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word and PowerPoint )
- Basic knowledge of real estate principles
- Strong numerical skills are an advantage
- Keen interest in the F&B/Retail/Entertainment industry
