Responsibilities
Job Description
- Assist with the preparation of meeting notes during tenant engagement sessions
- Support with leasing-related administrative matters including liaising with tenants to submit Public Liability Insurance, Audited Sales Report/Annual Statutory Declarations, etc.
- Analyse tenants sales data for reporting purposes and provide management, malls and other departments with relevant leasing reports when required
- Collaborate with other internal departments such as Marketing and Operations to address and resolve issues
- Assist in any other ad-hoc projects or duties as required
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Real Estate Business or any other related disciplines
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and meticulous
- Ability to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately
