RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Role Summary:

As a Talent Attraction Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment and onboarding processes at NTUC Health. This internship offers the opportunity to contribute to data-driven HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean, organize, and analyse recruitment and attrition data using SQL and Google Apps Script.
• Maintain and update HR records, databases, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Develop and maintain a consolidated dashboard to track key talent metrics.
• Collaborate with various HR teams on cross-functional projects.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are:

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proficient in SQL and Google Apps Script, with the ability to clean datasets and build dashboards.
• Comfortable working with Google Suite applications (e.g., Sheets, Docs, Slides).
• A team player with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and eager to learn.
