Intern, Talent Acquisition

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process, talent sourcing, and employer branding (campus recruitment) within a fast-paced corporate environment.

Responsibilities:

Sourcing & Screening:

• Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms (internal and external).
• Review, screen, and qualify resumes against job requirements.
• Support the TA team in proactive candidate sourcing through LinkedIn and other professional networks.

Candidate Management:

• Schedule interviews and manage correspondence with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate records accurately
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Administrative & Projects:

• Prepare recruitment-related reports and documentation.
• Assist in coordinating and participating in career fairs and campus events.
• Support ad-hoc HR and Talent Acquisition projects as needed.

Recruitment Operations Support

• Coordinate logistics for interviews, including room bookings and virtual meeting setup.
• Ensure compliance with internal recruitment policies and documentation standards.

Talent Branding & Engagement

• Assist in Campus Recruitment engagement activities
• Research and identify new methods for attracting top talent.

Skills & Experience We Are Looking For:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
