About The Team

The Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding team is a dynamic and collaborative group that thrives on innovation, data-driven decision-making, and creating a positive impact. The team is dedicated to finding the right talent for Traveloka while building an employer brand that resonates with top candidates. You will work closely with a group of experienced professionals passionate about talent acquisition and fostering a positive, inclusive work culture. Together, the team drives forward-looking strategies, and you'll be integral in shaping our success in attracting the best talent across Asia.

About The Role

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Projects & Employer Branding Manager, you will support employer branding initiatives, and TA programs across markets where Traveloka operates. This internship offers hands-on experience in content creation, employer branding, TA programs, and process optimization and improvement. The role is ideal for someone who is passionate about employer branding and project management.

Employer Branding

  • Create engaging content on Traveloka's official social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and our careers site.
  • Develop stories and visuals that highlight Traveloka's culture, people, and career opportunities.
  • Support the creation of employer branding materials (brochures, banners, job ads).
  • Monitor and report performance of EB campaigns and content.

Talent Acquisition Programs

  • Assist in building dashboards, reports, and TA metrics to support decision-making.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and ad-hoc project-based activities across markets.
  • Support end-to-end hiring for early careers positions in selected markets, where needed.
  • Help maintain and strengthen university relationships and support regional campus outreach initiatives.
  • Review current TA processes and support the development of standardized, scalable workflows.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and digital tools to automate TA and EB processes, improve efficiency, and enhance data-driven decision-making.

What We Look For

  • Undergraduate currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in talent acquisition and employer branding.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable creating content for digital and social platforms.
  • Organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive in managing multiple tasks.
  • Experience with basic design or content creation tools such as Figma, Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms is a plus.
