Intern, Sustainability

You will be part of the Mapletree Internship Programme under Group Sustainability working full-time from July 2026 to December 2026.

Job Responsibilities

• Carry out study and propose recommendations on how to improve Mapletree Investments sustainability practices aligning to UNPRI and GRESB.
• Review of practices and disclosures in sustainability reporting by our peers and MNCs.
• Analyse alignment between Mapletree Investments and the three REITs (MPACT, MIT, MLT)
• Assisting in various ESG workstreams, such as climate risk assessment, net zero carbon roadmap development and ESG data management.

Job Requirements

• Currently studying a bachelor's degree in sustainability-related fields, such as environmental studies, environmental engineering, M&E engineering, building services, environmental sustainability.
• Demonstrate keen passion to learn about sustainability practices in real estate business setting.
• Possess some knowledge in sustainability reporting frameworks such as GRI, TCFD and ISSB would be added advantage.
• Equip with interpersonal skills to drive stakeholder engagement.
• Outcome-driven with analytical skills and eye for details.
