Pioneering workers rights since 1961, the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) unites 59 trade unions, seven trade associations, 12 social enterprises, and other enterprise partners as we create better lives for workers here in Singapore.

The intern will support the team in campaign operations, logistics, and performance analysis. Key responsibilities include coordinating project timelines, assisting with event logistics, tracking campaign data, preparing reports, and contributing insights to optimise future campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Operations & Logistics Support

  • Assist in coordinating timelines, milestones, and approvals across projects.
  • Support research for campaign planning/conceptualisation.
  • Help manage event logistics (briefings, materials prep, stakeholder coordination).
  • Maintain campaign records and project trackers for audit and reporting purposes.

Data & Performance Review Support

  • Collect and organise campaign performance data from media, social, and partner channels.
  • Prepare progress reports, presentations, and post-campaign reviews.
  • Support research into best practices and competitive benchmarking.
  • Assist in process documentation to improve efficiency for future campaigns.
  • Collaborate to streamline internal workflows.
  • Contribute to campaign planning and optimisation through research, data analysis and insights generation to inform campaign strategies.
  • Deliver tangible outputs such as dashboards, reports, and improved templates.
  • Present key findings and recommendations at the close of internship.

Candidate Profile.

  • Strong interest in campaign management, project coordination, and digital marketing.
  • Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to track multiple tasks, timelines, and approvals.
  • Analytical mindset with basic skills in data collection, reporting, and performance review.
  • Comfortable supporting event logistics, stakeholder coordination, and campaign documentation.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eagerness to contribute insights for campaign optimisation.
