About LLF

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Foundation (LLF) is an IPC-registered charity in Singapore supporting the blood cancer communitythrough patient assistance, psychosocial support, awareness initiatives, andcommunity programmes.

As LLF continues to strengthen and expand itsimpact, we are seeking a motivated and resourceful Special Projects Intern tosupport strategic initiatives, organisational development projects, andcross-functional assignments.

Role Overview

The Special Projects Intern will work closely with Management on strategic and operational initiatives across programmes, partnerships, communications, community engagement, and organisational development.

This role is suitable for individuals who enjoy problem-solving, project coordination, research, and contributing to meaningful initiatives in a dynamic non-profit environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support strategic and special projects assigned by Management
  • Assist in research, benchmarking, and preparation of presentation materials and reports
  • Support planning and coordination of awareness campaigns, patient programmes, and community initiatives
  • Assist in stakeholder engagement and partnership coordination
  • Support organisational development initiatives, including branding, communications, and outreach projects
  • Assist in project tracking, follow-ups, and documentation
  • Support event planning, logistics coordination, and programme execution
  • Assist with content preparation for website, social media, and communication materials where required
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for organisational growth and impact

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Business, Communications, Public Policy, Healthcare, Social Sciences, Marketing, or related disciplines
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills
  • Good research, writing, and presentation abilities
  • Detail-oriented and proactive
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation tools
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
