Sembcorp Specialised Construction, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sembcorp Industries, provides design and build services with an in-house multidisciplinary consultancy. Specialising in building, civil engineering, and infrastructure projects, we deliver innovative and efficient solutions to meet the evolving needs of the industry.
Key Roles And Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and developing 3D architectural BIM models using Revit.
- Maintain, update, and refine BIM models based on architects instructions, design changes, or client feedback.
- Assist in reviewing architectural BIM models to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, codes of practice, and project requirements.
- Collaborate with designers and other engineering disciplines to support coordinated project models.
- Produce detailed drawings and documentation for architectural project elements.
- Participate in BIM coordination discussions and support model integration tasks as required.
- Ensure proper documentation, file management, and adherence to BIM standards.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Background in Architecture, BIM, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of architectural drafting or building design concepts.
- Familiarity with Revit or other BIM tools is an advantage (training provided).
- Willingness to learn BIM workflows, drafting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Good attention to detail, accuracy, and willingness to follow established modelling standards.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive and positive learning attitude.
