Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join Bosch for a fulfilling internship opportunity! This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in a corporate environment, allowing you to contribute to ongoing projects while learning from experienced professionals. As an Intern, Sales and Marketing, you will support the following key tasks in collaboration with experienced team members.

What you will do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Drive customer engagement by managing enquiries, coordinating follow-ups, preparing for key client meetings, and contributing to trade show execution and industry networking opportunities
  • Conduct pricing analyses and evaluate product portfolio opportunities to support strategic business decisions in the off-highway and large engine aftermarket parts sector
  • Generate insightful commercial reports for internal and external stakeholders, including Daily Sales Reports, Monthly Business Reviews, and Customer Acquisition Project updates that inform business strategy
  • Identify and qualify sales leads while conducting competitive and customer profiling to uncover market opportunities and assess market volume potential
  • Build comprehensive market data and analysis to support business development initiatives and identify growth areas within the industry
  • Lead a mid-term continuous improvement initiative (minimum 3 months) focused on enhancing sales effectiveness, customer service excellence, or internal business processes as part of Bosch's Continuous Improvement Program.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines
  • Genuine enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, customer-centric Sales environment prior Sales, Account Management, or Customer Service experience is advantageous
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort working with data and numerical analysis
  • Excellent communication abilities and proven capacity to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Proactive, self-motivated approach with a positive attitude and willingness to take initiative
  • Fluent in English proficiency in German or Asian languages is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office experience with SAP or similar enterprise systems is a bonus.
