Key Roles And Responsibilities
Interns will gain exposure to real-time asset monitoring, performance analysis, and strategic planning, while supporting the development of group-wide standards and contributing to innovation and project development efforts.
Strategic Planning & Analysis
- Assist in developing the Group Centre of Excellence (GCOE) / COO Office strategy, roadmap, and plans.
- Work with senior leaders to define priorities and track progress on key initiatives.
Performance Reporting & Visualization
- Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
- Design visualizations tailored to various stakeholders, including regional teams.
Operational Data Analysis
- Analyze performance data from solar, wind, and battery assets using daily reports and monitoring platforms.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with regional and group departments to consolidate and report key metrics.
- Ensure alignment on asset performance indicators across geo-markets.
Innovation & Project Development
- Support innovation initiatives such as solar module test bedding and pilot programs.
- Assist Solar Asset Engineers/Managers in project development and market reviews.
Group Standards Development
- Contribute to the development and implementation of standardized KPIs for renewable asset performance.
Ad-Hoc Initiatives
- Participate in benchmarking studies and other strategic action plans to enhance business performance decisions.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Background in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering or equivalent.
- Comfortable to work with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Power Query/Power BI, for data analysis and presentation preparation.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills in maintaining orderly work, attention to detail in delivery of high-quality work timely.
- Displays proactiveness and curiosity to learn from stakeholders leveraging strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.
- Competence in preparing and delivering high-quality presentations
