The Intern Will Be Responsible In The Following
- Support the Project Manager in digitising Project Development processes, including the preparation of tender documents for District Cooling Systems (DCS), Retail Cooling Models (RCM), and Centralised Cooling Systems (CCS).
- Assist in developing end-to-end digital project workflows to enhance project management practices, including cost management, safety documentation, quality plans, and Control Self-Assessment (CSA) activities.
- Support the integration of AI and workflow automation to improve project planning, cost control, execution efficiency, and overall project delivery outcomes.
- Assist in the rollout and evaluation of EPCC tenders.
- Participate in project execution activities, including project meetings, site surveys, MSRA reviews, site inspections, and Testing & Commissioning (T&C).
- Support project close-out activities, including documentation preparation and handover to the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or Head of Department.
Learning Outcomes
- Gain practical knowledge of effective project planning and execution for Cooling and EV projects.
- Gain in-depth understanding of the importance of Eaas Control Self-Assessment (CSA) processes and their applications.
- Contribute to the improvement of existing PD processes, including digitalization transformation, project management, quality plans, and CSA.
- Participate in project safety-related matters, safety campaigns, and awareness training thereby acquire familiarity with Keppel's Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety, and ISO 37001 Management System, CSA implementation, and audit processes.
- Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / Head of Department from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Engineering background preferably Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
- Proficient in MS Office software and familiarity with Microsoft Project will be an advantage.
- Attention to details with excellent communication and writing skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team and possess strong problem-solving skills.
Preference will be given to candidates who are able to incorporate Applied Artificial Intelligence as part of their solutions.
