Internship Opportunity at ML Re: Procurement, Facilities & Administration
We're looking for a motivated Intern, Procurement, Facilities and Administration to join our team!
This internship offers hands-on exposure to corporate administration, policy development, and facilities operations within a regulated business environment. You'll gain valuable experience in supporting departmental governance, vendor coordination, and asset management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in drafting and updating departmental processes and policies.
• Support documentation and administrative tasks related to facilities management.
• Conduct tagging, tracking, and maintenance of consumable assets in the asset system.
• Review and document existing workflows and policies.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Who We're Looking For:
Students pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Office Management, Logistics & Supply Chain, Public Administration, Management, or related fields.
Preferred Skills:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and analytical abilities.
• Familiarity with inventory or asset tracking systems is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
