Process Transformation & Documentation Intern
We are looking for an AI-savvy intern who can leverage modern-day technology, including tools like Copilot and ChatGPT, to document, streamline, and improve business processes. This internship focuses on workflow mapping and driving efficiency in everyday operations through the smart use of AI and digital tools. The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying opportunities to enhance processes and implement practical, tech-enabled solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- AI-Driven Workflow Mapping - Partner with team members from different departments to document end-to-end processes, leveraging AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to accelerate mapping and uncover inefficiencies.
- Smart SOP Development - Create clear, structured SOPs, user guides, and checklists, using AI to draft, refine, and standardize documentation.
- Digital Knowledge Management - Organize and maintain internal knowledge bases, using AI-assisted tagging, summarization, and search optimization.
- Visual & Interactive Documentation - Develop flowcharts, diagrams, and screen recordings, enhanced with AI tools for clarity and usability.
- Process Optimization & Automation - Identify gaps and redundancies, and propose AI-powered solutions, automations, or digital tools to improve efficiency.
- AI Enablement - Experiment with and apply AI tools to streamline daily operations, build reusable prompts/workflows, and recommend best practices.
