RESPONSIBILITIES

Programme Support:

Provide administrative and logistical support for BAGUS Together's programmes and community events, including:

  • Programme conceptualization, development and execution of workshops and programmes around starting a groundup and groundup capability skill development, and/or networking events
  • Stakeholder management with different types of charities, agencies, and vendors.
  • Publicity for Groundup programmes
  • Creation of post-event content
  • Support the successful execution of BAGUS Together programmes

Operational Support:

  • Manage e-correspondence and respond to general enquiries via BAGUS Together's shared mailbox in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage, schedule and maintain records of incoming resource requests, including publicity, space and programme enquiries.
  • Support communications and relationship-building with groundups, including facilitating coffee chats, attending groundup events and assisting with follow-ups.
  • Support the BAGUS Together team in the coordination and implementation of its various programmes and events.
  • Assist with internal documentation and record-keeping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders professionally.
    • Well-organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
    • Comfortable with administrative, coordination and documentation work.
    • Proactive, open minded, action oriented reliable and willing to learn in a fast-paced, community-oriented environment.
    • Demonstrated interest in social impact, groundups, non-profit organisations and understanding how they operate
    • Experience in organising events, designing programmes and learning experiences and facilitation, especially for non-profit organisations or communities.
