Job description:
We are seeking a motivated and talented intern with a diploma or engineering background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Linux and Ansible, and a passion for learning and growing in a dynamic environment.
- Assist with routine server operations including OS patching, monitoring and health checks.
- Support the team in managing virtual machines (VMs), storage, and backup processes.
- Help document standard operating procedures and troubleshooting guides.
- Participate in automation of server management tasks using Shell scripting, Ansible, PowerShell.
- Participate in change management and Incident management processes.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of Linux, Windows, VMware.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Shell, PowerShell, Python
- Interest or experience in using automation tools such as Ansible
- Understanding of basic networking and security principles
