Key Roles And Responsibilities
- Planning: Forecast PV modules and Inverter requirement and its inventory level using various data sources. Measure forecast accuracy of these data sources e.g. BD project pipeline forecast and project hoisting timeline etc.
- Project Financial Status: Create project budget to forecast the onward cost requirement versus available budget. Analyse cost by category to identify opportunities for cost savings and improvement in budgeting process
- Digitalization of Procurement process: e.g Purchase Request Forms and Transmittal forms
- Data Analytics: Support team in data analysis
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Preferably background in Data Analytics
- Hands-on experience in Python (e.g. especially in packages like NumPy, Pandas) and SQL or any data analysis language. Version control systems (e.g. Git) is a plus.
- Knowledge in statistics, probability and open-source machine learning libraries (e.g. scikit, tensorflow)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI)
- Proficiency in Office, Excel and VBA
