Intern - OD (HR/Engagement)

We are an initiative of NTUC to support nation-wide manpower and skills upgrading initiatives. We serve as a bridge between workers and employers, connecting with workers to offer job security through job-matching, career guidance and skills upgrading services, and partnering employers to address their manpower needs through recruitment, training and job redesign solutions.

If you want to be part of an impactful and purposeful work, join our Organisational Development (Human Resources) team! We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic intern to support us in shaping how we attract, engage and grow talents.

As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in three key areas: recruitment, employer branding, and staff engagement.

Recruitment

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including screening & shortlisting potential candidates, supporting recruitment drives (e.g. career fairs) and coordinating interview sessions.

Employer Branding

• Support the development of employer branding content such as employee stories and digital assets (e.g. website, social media).
• Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to provide insights and recommendations.

Engagement

• Support the curation, planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives.
• Create strategic communication content to enhance staff awareness and participation in engagement activities.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good attention to detail, with analytical skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Event management skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced working environment.
• Creative thinker with a passion for storyboarding and content creation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Photoshop is an advantage.
