Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join Bosch for a fulfilling internship opportunity! This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in a corporate environment, allowing you to contribute to ongoing projects while learning from experienced professionals. As an Intern in the Mobility Aftermarket Purchasing & Purchasing Quality Department - ASEAN, you will support the following key tasks in collaboration with experienced team members.

What you will do (Key Responsibilities)

. Support potential supplier scanning to identify new sourcing opportunities.

. Contribute to project documentation and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.

. Liaise with various departments/divisions to gather necessary information for purchasing activities.

. Research free trade agreements within ASEAN to identify potential cost savings and sourcing advantages.

. Support in ensuring data quality on various purchasing tools, maintaining accurate and reliable information.

. Prepare contract documents with suppliers and route for signatures, ensuring compliance and legal adherence.

. Provide support to other business functions with regards to enquiries about pricing and master data maintenance, facilitating smooth operations.

. Ensure documents/approvals are in place for Mitigation checks, contributing to risk management efforts.

. Prepare and send mass communications to suppliers, maintaining effective relationships.

. Support team members in the Initial Sample Inspection Report (ISIR) process by checking documents for accuracy and requesting technical information (test reports, drawings) from suppliers, ensuring product quality.

. Create and implement Engineering Change Notifications for the ASEAN region to approve changes of products, manufacturing processes, materials, or packaging, contributing to continuous improvement.

. Support in releasing new products and maintaining related internal processes and systems, facilitating efficient product launches.

. Assist investigations of customer complaints, contributing to customer satisfaction.

. Update system for certificates and audit reports, ensuring compliance and documentation.

. Assist problem solving with suppliers to resolve issues and improve performance.


Qualifications

What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)

. Students currently pursuing a relevant course of study

. Interest in the technical and automotive industry.

. Ability to multi-task and work independently to meet deadlines.

. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

. Speak fluent English to effectively communicate with colleagues and suppliers in a multinational environment. This is essential for collaborating with diverse teams and understanding technical documentation.
