A. Job Summary

Mindfull Community Limited is seeking an intern to join us for 6 months.

B. Job Scope
1. Support the planning and organising our Circles of Resilience Support Groups for Youth, workshops and other events aimed at supporting mental health recovery and fostering broader community engagement.

2. Assist in designing and reviewing session plans and programme materials for our support groups, workshops and other engagements ensuring they are innovative, relevant, engaging and aligned with the needs of our participants.

3. Support semi-structured peer support group sessions, creating a safe and inclusive space for individuals to share their experiences and build supportive relationships.

4. Help with the administering and management of data to support programme evaluation and inform future initiatives.

5. Support the team in outreach efforts and work on fun, youth-centric ideas to engage individuals between the ages 15 - 35 to convey broader purpose of Mindfull Community Limited.

C. Requirements

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint

2. Comfortable working in a tech-reliant environment

3. Great interpersonal and communication skills (English language)

4. Willingness to learn and receive constructive feedback
