We are looking for an Intern Media & E-Commerce SEA & APAC Agents

About the Job

Media plays an important role in the entire consumers path to purchase journey. While the media landscape becomes more complicated and more fragmented, consumers attention span gets shorter. At the same time, media cost keeps increasing. Thus, it is becoming even more critical to support paid media more effectively and efficiently to accelerate brands business via driving brand awareness, consideration and sales. You will play a pivot role in supporting the media executive and supporting the e-commerce operations including content to contribute to the overall business.

You will be an instrumental pillar in supporting the media execution and e-commerce operation in SEA sub-region:

Singapore & Malaysia:

• Support paid media operations including copy + ads submission and reporting
• Support communications operations including KOL reporting and EDM support
• Support E-commerce operations including competitor reporting, and hygiene checks on website settings
• Agents (Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines & India)
• Support on catalogue updates on e-retailers website and perform website/marketplaces contents audits to ensure it is coherent with Clarins.

MISSION 1: SINGAPORE & MALAYSIA MEDIA OPERATIONS & EDM CAMPAIGNS (70%)

• Coordinate the copywriting and timely submission of media creatives to designated market agencies for both campaign and e-commerce launches across multiple platforms.
• Assist in the preparation of Excel and PowerPoint reports to analyze and support media performance across regional markets.
• Provide support in communications operations, including tracking and compiling KOL reporting.
• Utilize internal tools to evaluate KOL suitability for PR activations in the Singapore market.
• Monitor, assess, and report on the success metrics of KOL campaigns.
• Support the execution and monitoring of EDM using company-provided platforms.
• Track weekly EDM performance, including EDM metrics.
• Conduct regular tracking and compilation of competitors promotions and marketing activities on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Perform hygiene checks on website settings to ensure consistent user experience and platform functionality.

MISSION 2: AGENTS E-COMMERCE OPERATIONS (30%)

• Support in the catalogue clean-up for India and site content audit to work on especially on marketplaces so that we have the same SIS set-up across Lazada & Shopee.
• Support in the timely updates of the local product launches online and prevent any expired visuals.

Essential qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree level, with a focus on Media/E-Commerce/Digital Marketing/Business Management/Marketing.
• Basic level of computer literacy in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Interest in marketing communications and E-commerce operations
• Capacity to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and digitally minded with an awareness of online trends and innovations.

Preferred qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Chinese.
• Previous experience in working with an ecommerce platform (SFCC a plus) and email marketing platforms (Adobe Campaign a plus)
