This internship runs from February/March to August 2026 and is open to candidates who can commit on a full-time or part-time basis (minimum four days per week).
You will support senior application specialists in developing and testing food prototypes across meat and savory, as well as bakery and confectionery categories. Based in our Singapore lab, this role offers hands-on exposure to how food concepts are developed, tested, and refined for real-world use.
You will be part of a team that works closely with ingredients, formulations, and processes to turn ideas into finished food products.
What You'll Do
- Assist in preparing and testing food prototypes for customer and internal projects
- Support hands-on lab work related to product development and application trials
- Work with flavours, seasonings, and other raw materials used in food formulations
- Support development of meat and savory products such as nuggets, sausages, and patties
- Support development of bakery and confectionery products such as breads, cookies, cereal bars, candies, and chocolates
- Help manage ingredient inventory and ensure the lab is organised and well maintained
- Work on multiple projects at the same time while meeting timelines and quality standards
