JOB PURPOSE
To support the Singapore Red Cross (SRC) marcomms team in executing day-to-day marketing activities, including content creation, campaign support, and performance tracking.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Social Media & Campaign Support
Supports the planning and execution of marketing campaign rollouts across digital and offline platforms (pre / during / post campaign)
Assist with content creation for social media, eDMs and marketing materials (copy, visuals, short videos and stories)
Assist with event marketing support, including coordination, on-site assistance, and post-event content
Conduct basic research, content sourcing and performance tracking to support campaign optimisation
Provide administrative support to ensure projects run smoothly and on time
Any other tasks as assigned.
2. Content & Digital Execution
Basic video editing (reels, shorts & tiktoks) using capcut / premiere pro
Simple graphic design for digital assets using Canva or Adobe
JOB SPECIFICATION
1) Qualifications:
. Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design or Business.
. Design capabilities - concept, design, layout, production
. Strong understanding of online and social media, consumer digital content consumption habits, virtual experience
. Interested in humanitarian aid, marketing, new media
. Excellent computer literacy, including the use of Google Apps
. Knowledge in the use of Adobe design softwares including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc. is an advantage
