Job Summary
The Marcom team plays an important role in bringing in footfall to the retail mall through festive events and activities at the atrium as well as run attractive promotions to drive tenants sales. The Intern will help support the team in conceptualising and executing campaigns relevant to the respective themes throughout the year and also increase our social media presence.
Job Description
- Conceptualize, plan and execute marketing campaigns and activities in the mall
- Track performance of ongoing campaigns (e.g. engagement, reach, conversion)
- Partner with tenants on promotional activities
- Draft social media posts, email copy and blog content.
- Collaborate with social media agency on content creation, social media analytics, and audience engagement strategies.
- Updating of campaign databases, marketing calendars, marketing contact list and store directories across various platforms
- Attend to shoppers/tenants requests, queries, and/or feedback
- Research current market trends and identify ways to improve marketing efforts. Compile and present findings to Marketing team.
- Any other task as assigned by immediate supervisor/management
Key Qualification
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication or related field
- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to organize and interpret data
