The duration of the internship is minimum three months and not more than one year but the terms of employment are open for discussion. The candidate must be diligent, structured and possess a detail-focused work style, strong written and oral communication skills with senior stakeholders and fluent business English.

Marketing & Communications Intern

ACF is seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to support our digital marketing and communications as a Marketing & Communications Intern. The intern will play a crucial role in creating and executing social media, website updates and messaging campaigns that engage with our donor and grantee community and promote ACF's mission and goals.

The intern will gain hands-on experience in social media engagement, digital marketing, analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and professional development. The intern will work with the marketing staff and participate in training and development activities. The goal is to provide a well-rounded learning experience in the non-profit sector. The intern will assist to develop and execute social media and messaging campaigns including website updates. This includes copywriting on key messages and align with the various internal stakeholders, monitor and analyse the impact of social and messaging efforts and assist with other marketing projects as needed.

Candidates with the following skills are preferred:

. Passion for non-profit organizations and social engagement.

. Experience with social media & messaging platforms.

. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

On top of the above scope, interns/associates will also be required to assist in other day-to-day operations of the organisation and helping with our projects. Associates will also be assigned tasks and projects based on their areas of interest and expertise and ACF is keen to develop their talent and skillsets in collaborative consultation.
