Marketing Intern (Events & Activations)
Sales events
- Assist in the planning and executionof sales-led events
- Support event set-up, logisticscoordination, including venue coordination, assets, timelines, and tear-down
- Liaise with internal and external partnersto ensure event requirements are met
- Assist with on-ground event supportto ensure smooth operations
- Supportcontent capture during events for social media and marketing use
- Support post-event reporting andlearnings
Concept corners
- Assist in conceptualising anddeveloping visually impactful in-store display
- Provide support for trade marketinginitiatives to enhance store visibility and exposure
- Coordinate with designers, vendorsand operations teams for display execution
- Conductcompetitor analysis to understand the retail and showroom landscape
Showrooms
- Assist in developing ideas and strategies to boost traffic to showrooms
- Help plan and execute social media or digital touchpoints that drive showroom visits
General support
- Assist the marketing team with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks
- Any other ad-hoc marketing duties as required
Measurements of success:
Sales & Marketing Events:
- Event set-up and tear-down completed on timeLogistics checklist completedaccurately (assets, vendors, manpower, timelines)
- Fewer last-minute escalations orerrors over time
- Positive feedback frommarketing/sales team after events
- Completeness and usability of eventcontent captured (photos/videos usable for socials)
Concept Corners:
- Timelycoordination with designers/vendors for display roll-out
- Qualityof competitor analysis - relevant & insightful
Showroom:
- Number of activation ideas proposed(even if not all are executed)
- Contribution to digital/social touchpoints driving visits
- Number of appointment booking increases
Attitude, Learning & Professionalism:
- Understands basic brand guidelines
- Takes feedback positively and improves
- Shows initiative beyond assigned tasks
