Internship Overview
Join our Supply Chain team as an intern and gain invaluable hands-on experience working alongside seasoned professionals. This internship offers a comprehensive understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes, enabling you to develop critical business knowledge and skills while contributing to impactful, real-world projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze historical data trends (e.g., cycle time, production, inventory) to enhance planning, production scheduling, and operational visibility.
- Leverage big data analytics and visualization tools to identify bottlenecks, propose data-driven solutions, and develop reports for process improvement and cost optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, streamline processes, and implement best practices to optimize supply chain performance.
- Assist in system design and improvements by coordinating with the systems and applications team.
- Support planning activities to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as MS Excel, MySQL, or Power BI is a plus, with a willingness to learn new software applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
