Responsibilities
Job Description
- Assist in the preparation and contribute to the leasing plan for assigned retail mall
- Assist the team in the general marketing of units
- Conduct research on the retail mall market
- Support any other daily administrative or ad-hoc duties related to leasing
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Real Estate Business or any other related disciplines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office ( Word, PowerPoint and Excel )
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Basic knowledge of market research methodologies
- Ability to multi-task
- Creative problem-solving skills
