Job Description
You will be assisting the Lease Management team with Additional Property Tax computations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough reviews of additional property tax payable by tenants
- Examine relevant clauses on property tax claw backs in lease agreements
- Check on the viability of claw backs from tenants
- Prepare and send letters to tenants on relevant claw backs of property tax payable when initiated
- Respond to and interact with tenants regarding their queries
- Liaise with the Finance team to issue invoices to tenants
- Track and monitor payments by tenants
- Support other administrative or ad-hoc tasks ( i.e. AV review ) as assigned
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma in Real Estate Business, Finance, or any other related disciplines
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and good with numbers
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Prior knowledge of real estate or valuation will be advantageous
- Meticulous and pro-active
