Intern - Information System

Duties and RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support daily troubleshooting of POS issues in HQ and outlet if required.

- Monitor and verify data accuracy in the data warehouse on a daily basis.

- Assist in data analysis tasks to derive actionable insights.

- Assist in creating and maintaining reports or dashboards (opportunity to work on Power BI projects if skills permit).

- Document and escalate technical issues to the relevant teams.

Requirements:

- On-going development and pursuit of Diploma or degree in IT related field such as information systems etc.

- Basic understanding of POS, SQL and M365.

- Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools is advantageous.

- Develop practical skills in POS systems, including troubleshooting, configuration, and maintenance.

- Gain hands-on experience with Microsoft tools such as O365, Intune, Power BI and Azure for cloud management, security, and productivity. - Exposure to SD-WAN solutions, specifically Fortinet, to understand network optimization and security.
