You will be part of the Mapletree Internship Programme under Human Resource, Compensation & Benefits Team, working full-time from July 2026 to December 2026.
Job Responsibilities
1) Benefits
- Conduct research on market-specific regulations and practices across various countries.
- Benchmark findings against Mapletree's existing employee benefits to support ongoing review and enhancement efforts.
- Develop ways to communicate existing or new benefits to employees.
- Support marketing efforts for the Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).
- Update medical guidelines on the intranet as needed, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for employees.
2) Policy Support
- Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure handbooks and policies are updated in line with government regulations.
- Assist in drafting or reviewing employee policy documents to ensure clarity and consistency.
3) Travel Coordination Support
- Provide assistance with travel-related matters, including policy clarification, documentation, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Support the streamlining of travel processes to improve efficiency and employee experience.
4) General Support
- Assist with any additional ad hoc tasks as required to support the HR team's operations.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret regulations and policies.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented, especially when reviewing documents and ensuring accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proactive, resourceful, and willing to support additional ad‑hoc tasks as needed.
