Key Roles And Responsibilities
- Data Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze data for key initiatives, e.g. Individual Development Plans, course evaluation and impact, Balanced Scorecards, and onboarding programs.
- Assist in preparing dashboards and reports for management review.
- Communications & Events
- Create communications material for learning and development purpose.
- Assist in planning and executing HR events and learning programmes.
- Recruitment Support
- Participate in interview sessions as an observer or co-interviewer.
- Assist in interview scheduling and candidate communications.
- Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
- Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs in temporary assignments hirings.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Background in Business or equivalent
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or data visualization tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
