Intern - Health & Well-being team

Temasek Foundation (TF) supports a diverse range of programmes that connects people, uplifts communities, protects our planet and advances capabilities in Singapore, Asia and beyond. TF's programmes strive towards achieving positive outcomes for individuals and communities now, and for generations to come. The foundation is seeking interns to support the Health & Well-being team in their work. The intern can expect to gain hands-on knowledge of how philanthropic programmes are curated, designed, implemented, and scaled.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head, Health & Well-being (Covering), the Intern will provide support in the following areas:

Programme Research & Landscape Scanning

• Conduct background research on health and well-being issues and emerging trends.

Programme Development Support

• Assist in drafting concept notes, proposals, and Programme Committee papers (including problem statements, objectives, and expected outcomes).

Programme Monitoring & Reporting

• Review partner progress reports and consolidate key highlights.o
• Input and update programme information in TFOS (Temasek Foundation's in-house digital system).
• Partner & Stakeholder Engagement Support
• Provide administrative support for meetings with implementing partners, government agencies, and international organisations.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in related field
• Positive attitude, energetic, driven and resourceful
• Good verbal and written communication skills
