Responsibilities
Job Description
- Support the team in sourcing new qualified vendors to invite for tender and onboarding, including updating existing vendor information in the Ariba System where required
- Assist in the preparation of contract documents to be awarded to vendor
- Liaise with the Operations department on variation requirements, raise variation orders for approval, and send variation letters to vendors
- Creation of Purchase Orders and Change Orders in the SAP System
- Assist in tender / quotation calling for both Opex and Capex term contracts
- Perform any other ad-hoc and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Infrastructure & Project Management, Facilities Management, Real Estate, or any other related disciplines
- Possess analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal skills to communicate effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Able to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately
- Detail-oriented and meticulous
