Intern, Group IT Finance

Job Responsibilities

• Assisting in raising of PR/POs for AIA Shared Services Hong Kong/ ITM/ HK IT spending
• Collaborate with vendors in timely manner for PO issued and follow up on invoicing against PO raised
• Assisting in performing invoice reconciliation where necessary
• Assisting in ensuring PR/PO raised is spent against the approved budget.
• Assisting in identifying any PR/PO gaps and improve current practice.
• Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.

Job Requirements

• Undergraduate or fresh graduate with a background in accountancy, Finance or business-related degree.
• Good presentation and communication skills – good command of English
• Excellent quantities and analytical skills
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Well-versed with Microsoft Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• CGPA 3.00 and above or equivalent.
