Key Roles And Responsibilities
- Assist in HSSE Compliance: Support the HSSE team in ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, security, and environmental regulations and standards.
- Incident Reporting and Investigation: Assist in the documentation, analysis, and investigation of incidents, accidents, and near misses. Help identify root causes and contribute to the development of preventive measures.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Support HSSE monitoring activities, including data collection, analysis, and reporting. Assist in identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Documentation and Recordkeeping: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date HSSE documentation, records, and databases. Help ensure proper documentation of safety meetings, inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Undertake additional tasks and projects as assigned by the HSSE Manager or Supervisor.
Qualification, Skills And Experience
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Diploma program in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Security Management, or a related field.
- Strong interest in health, safety, security, and environmental management within the renewable energy industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Powerapps and Powerautomate is a plus.
- Knowledge of relevant HSSE regulations, standards, and best practices is a plus
- Knowledge in the field of video and data analytics is a plus
