Internship Overview
The internship role is a 6-month full-time position based in TPG's Global Wealth Solutions team in Singapore. The program will provide hands-on exposure to various aspects of fundraising and investor relations at a leading Private Equity firm. This internship will commence in May/June 2026 and end in December 2026.
Principal Responsibilities
- Support all aspects of business development and fundraising initiatives through the preparation of high‑quality marketing materials, client presentations and briefing notes.
- Conduct desktop research and landscape analysis on companies, clients, and market trends to support client meetings and origination efforts.
- Build a strong understanding of TPG's products across multiple asset classes and effectively articulate product positioning.
- Coordinate cross‑functionally with internal stakeholders to manage investor due diligence processes, client queries, document requests, and ongoing client servicing and reporting.
- Support the sales team in addressing product-related inquiries from distributors, preparing for roadshows, and coordinating client events.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date client records and business opportunities within Salesforce, including timely updates of meeting notes and pipeline activity.
- Manage and maintain the client contact database to support coverage, relationship management, and business development efforts.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university pursuing a Bachelor's degree, preferably with exposure to business, finance or marketing.
- Highly motivated and able to multitask while staying organized with attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint); familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and balance teamwork with self-direction.
- Relevant internship experience is required, with exposure to private banking, asset management, or alternative investments preferred.
- Must be eligible to work in Singapore without a visa.
