Responsibilities

Under the supervision and guidance of the global strategic growth managers, you will be assisting to deliver projects covering the following:

• Identification of trends to define opportunities, develop concepts & business cases
• Development of growth strategy including focus area assessment, go-to-market planning, etc.
• Support in the development of sector / product specific capabilities and other sales enablement activities as required
• Support in ad-hoc projects as required, incl. but not limited to organizational design, due diligence support, etc.
• Development and implementation of processes and frameworks as required for projects
• Presentation of plans and updates to senior management

Requirements

This role could be a great fit if you have some of the following qualities and competencies:

• Enjoy cross-functional project work involving multiple countries, departments & stakeholders
• Good at critical thinking and analysis, research and visualizing data
• Comfortable working and coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously
• Have a willingness to learn quickly and stretch yourself
• Some knowledge of Supply Chain industry and logistics processes
• Proficient in verbal and written English, Microsoft 365 suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint
• Good communication, messaging and interpersonal skills
• Past internship experience in management consulting is preferred but not mandatory
