Purpose
Successful applicants will work closely with the Operations team of the multi-asset class fund. This role will involve day-to-day operational matters including documentation, reconciliation, and process optimization. This is a good opportunity to get a broader understanding of how a fund operates from operations, trading, and compliance perspective.
Job Responsibilities
- Collate and catalogue relevant information/documentation from various counterparties to design, develop and implement a visualization dashboard.
- Assist with monthly subscription and redemption process and other documentation work.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Undergraduate in Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent with excellent grades.
- Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, able to interact with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong process and systems orientation.
- Prior experience in the financial services industry is beneficial.
- Able to commit for min 3 months on a full-time basis.
