Role Overview

BEENEXT is seeking a Fund Finance Intern to support core fund operations, including

financial reporting, portfolio monitoring, transaction processing, and compliance activities.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone passionate about fund management, venture

capital, and finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

. Assist with fund accounting reviews and reconciliation in coordination with fund

administrators.

. Support the preparation of investor's quarterly reports and annual audit processes.

. Maintain internal portfolio tracking tools and assist with investment transaction

workflows.

. Contribute to regulatory compliance and general fund operations task (capital calls

and distributions).

Qualifications

. Currently a Sophomore (2nd year)/ Junior (3rd year) pursuing a degree in Accounting,

Business, or a related field.

. Proficient in Excel with strong analytical and organizational skills.

. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

. Strong interest and understanding in fund management and venture capital ecosystem

a plus.
