At GetGo, we rely on a meticulous financial system to drive business forward. You will be joining the finance team to support on daily operations by processing, keeping track of and record payments & collection in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.
What You Will Be Doing
- Gather and verify invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment
- Assist in daily cash management duties, including the recording of bank deposits, daily revenue reconciliation against Checkout.com
- Assist in validating charges billed to the customer & record receipts
- Assist in raising invoices and credit note
- Assists with AP & AR management and aging report
- Assist in bank reconciliation
- Assist in manual charging & refund
- Assist in posting to Xero Accounting System
- Admin duties include data entry, filing, and scanning of documents
What Makes You A Great Fit
- Diploma or Degree in accounting/finance/business management or equivalent studies
- Passionate in accounting/finance and keen to learn accounts receivable or accounts payable
- Individual that is passionate to drive process improvement for finance
- Able to complete task in timely manner
- Meticulous, organized, and detailed oriented
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with positive attitude
