At GetGo, we rely on a meticulous financial system to drive business forward. You will be joining the finance team to support on daily operations by processing, keeping track of and record payments & collection in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Gather and verify invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment
  • Assist in daily cash management duties, including the recording of bank deposits, daily revenue reconciliation against Checkout.com
  • Assist in validating charges billed to the customer & record receipts
  • Assist in raising invoices and credit note
  • Assists with AP & AR management and aging report
  • Assist in bank reconciliation
  • Assist in manual charging & refund
  • Assist in posting to Xero Accounting System
  • Admin duties include data entry, filing, and scanning of documents

What Makes You A Great Fit

  • Diploma or Degree in accounting/finance/business management or equivalent studies
  • Passionate in accounting/finance and keen to learn accounts receivable or accounts payable
  • Individual that is passionate to drive process improvement for finance
  • Able to complete task in timely manner
  • Meticulous, organized, and detailed oriented
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with positive attitude
