Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

The intern will support the department in day-to-day activities across lead generation, campaign execution, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Support

  • Assist the sales team with prospecting activities.
  • Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and basic quotations.
  • Update and maintain customer and prospect information in the CRM system.
  • Support follow-ups with leads and clients via email, phone, or LinkedIn under supervision.
  • Assist in coordinating sales meetings, demos, and events (online or on-site).


2. Marketing Support

  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (e.g. email, social media, basic paid ads support).
  • Create and schedule content for social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram - customise as needed).
  • Help with marketing collateral development such as brochures, case studies, and simple visuals (using Canva or similar tools).
  • Support website content updates and basic SEO-related tasks (e.g. checking content, meta descriptions).
  • Assist in organising webinars, events, and trade shows, including registration tracking and post-event follow-ups.

Education, training, professional experience:

  • Current student in Digital Business Management or a related field.
  • Comfortable with Excel (VLOOKUP, sorting, filtering), PowerPoint, and basic data analysis.
  • Strong online research skills.
  • Interest in process optimisation and digital tools

Professional competence, special knowledge (e.g.languages, IT):

  • Quick learner who adapts easily to new tools and workflows.
  • Detailoriented, organized, and able to work independently and communicate clearly.
  • Curious and proactive in asking questions and suggesting small improvements.
