Role Purpose(s)
As an E-Learning Content Curator Intern, you will support the Technical Learning & Development team in sourcing, organizing, and enhancing learning resources. This internship provides hands-on experience in working with subject matter experts (SMEs), exploring digital learning platforms, and structuring content to create meaningful learning experiences.
Key Accountabilities
- Support the sourcing and organization of relevant learning resources to enhance digital learning programs.
- Contribute to maintaining high-quality, accurate, and relevant learning materials within content repositories.
- Assist in structuring curated resources into meaningful learning pathways that support learner development.
- Support the organization and tagging of content to ensure easy access and effective knowledge management.
- Participate in improving the accessibility and usefulness of curated learning resources.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Assist in gathering and reviewing learning content from SMEs and internal teams.
- Conduct basic research to identify relevant learning materials such as presentations, articles, videos, and tutorials.
- Help evaluate the relevance, quality, and accuracy of content under the guidance of senior team members.
- Support the organization and tagging of content into structured learning paths or digital repositories.
- Collaborate with instructional designers, developers, and SMEs to integrate curated resources into e-learning courses.
- Assist in maintaining and updating content libraries to ensure learning materials remain current and relevant.
- Learn and apply metadata and tagging practices to improve content discoverability and organization.
- Contribute ideas to improve learner engagement with curated resources.

Education Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Communications, Information Management, Learning & Development, or related discipline.
Skills Required
Must-have skills
- Strong research and information organization skills.
- Basic familiarity with digital tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or content management platforms.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and follow guidance from team members.
Preferable skills
- Interest in digital learning, knowledge management, or learning technologies.
- Basic understanding of content organization or taxonomy principles.
- Experience working with digital content platforms or repositories.
