Operations Support

  • Assist in coordinating shipments for exhibitions and events via air, sea, and land transportation.
  • Support the preparation and tracking of operational schedules, including move-in and move-out timelines.
  • Monitor shipment status and update internal tracking systems.
  • Assist in preparing operational reports and project updates.

Documentation & Administration

  • Prepare and organize shipping documents, customs documentation, and event-related paperwork.
  • Maintain accurate project files and operational records.
  • Assist with data entry, invoice verification, and document control.
  • Support the preparation of exhibitor quotations and operational checklists where required.

Internal Stakeholder Coordination

  • Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics arrangements with event organizers.
  • Provide administrative support for exhibitor inquiries and project updates.

Event Planning & Onsite Support

  • Assist in planning logistics requirements for exhibitions and special events.
  • Support onsite operations during event setup and dismantling when required.
  • Coordinate with service providers to ensure timely delivery and collection of exhibits and equipment. Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with Operations, Commercial and Project Management teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Participate in team meetings, project reviews, and operational planning sessions.
  • Contribute ideas for improving operational processes and customer service.

Compliance & Safety

  • Learn and follow company policies and customs regulations..
  • Ensure documentation and operational activities comply with established procedures.

Requirements


Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in:

  • Logistics & Supply Chain Management
  • Business Administration
  • International Trade
  • Event Management
  • Transportation or a related discipline
  • Internship period of at least 3–6 months is preferred.
