Responsibilities
Job Description
- Design, propose, and implement scalable automation solutions using tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, with a clear understanding of use cases and return on investment ( ROI )
- Test and document solutions, including creating and maintaining technical documentation
- Support the Project Manager and collaborate with external vendors to maintain and enhance existing systems
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project implementations
- Research and report on industry trends, AI advancements, and digital tools relevant to commercial management
- Recommend new technologies and solutions that align with organizational/business goals
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems/Technology or any other related fields
- Strong interest in digital technologies, automation, and process improvement
- Good team player with strong communication skills both oral and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related services
- Comfortable with use of Microsoft Power Automate
- Effective time management skills and ability to work under pressure
