As part of the Mobile App (Digital Experience) team, you'll play a pivotal role in product planning and execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to elevate our digital presence. Your contributions will be vital in driving the company's digital innovation, optimising user engagement, enhancing journey experiences and advancing our digital transformation initiatives. You will have the chance to work closely with both internal and external stakeholders and participate in collaborative projects across functions, and cultivate a comprehensive skill set in product management.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Product Planning: Assist Product Manager in researching market trends, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to contribute to product development strategies
  • Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and QA, to ensure the successful execution of planned projects
  • Feature Specification: Assist in defining and documenting detailed feature specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the mobile app
  • Quality Assurance: Participate in product testing and quality assurance efforts to ensure that the app meets its functional and performance goals
  • UX Analysis: Collect and analyse user feedback and data to make informed recommendations for app improvements
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to product development, including project timelines, feature roadmaps, and technical documentation
  • Product Backend Setup and Configuration: Upload, configure, and maintain product backend infrastructure, ensuring it aligns with the app's requirements
