Job Description

You will support the MIS Credit Structuring team in Singapore, especially areas involving Wealth Structuring and Capital Markets (i.e. Structured Products).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the MIS Teams, specifically Credit Structuring Team and areas involving Wealth Structuring Insurance and Capital Markets (i.e. Structured Products, FX Add-on, etc).
  • Assist with the development of monitoring process/tools related to credit and capital markets (i.e. weekly AQ/DQ exposure reporting)
  • Assist with the development and ongoing management/ execution of insurance financing related items (i.e. Facility Letter, assignment documents).
  • Assist with Lombard and mortgage related credit documentation.
  • Assist with the follow up on credit approval conditions.
  • Assist with the research/analysis of credit policy enhancements (i.e. fixed income ceiling caps, concentration limits, etc)
  • Assist with the monitoring and completion/structuring of new credit deals and Lombard, insurance and mortgage renewals.

Requirements:

We are looking for an intern to join us in June/July 2026 for a minimum of 6 months commitment.

Please indicate your availability, i.e duration in your application. Students who can commit full-time will be preferred.

  • Tertiary or Graduate student pursuing a bachelor degree in Banking or a related field;
  • Good understanding of financial markets and securities (Educational background: Studying Economics and/or Finance related subjects)
  • Pro-active, self-initiated, hands on with a can do attitude with demonstrated ability.
  • Collaborative individual who can work well as part of a team and independently
  • Strong organizational, investigative & analytical skills and attention to detail, while staying adaptable to tight deadlines
  • Have good verbal/written communication skills and interpersonal communication skills;
  • Have good organizational, multi-tasking and prioritization skills;
  • Proficient in Microsoft tools like Power Point, Microsoft Word and Excel and able to create excel macros and basic coding would be an strong added advantage (i.e. VBA knowledge preferably, Python is an advantage);
  • Proficient in written Mandarin as you may be required to review and process documents in Chinese with accuracy;
  • Must have legal authorization to work in Singapore and do not require sponsorship for employment visa during the period of internship.
